K THROUGH 3 is the program to employ facilitators in elementary school to teach community responsibility and encourage self worth. Empowering teacher to teach by removing the duty of discipline from the classroom. The public classroom is not the environment to apply discipline for children poor behavior, the newest members of our community.

Behaviors that are tolerated at home, most often times converts into being criminal behavior in our community. Behavior Modification is much more successful and much less costly than Rehabilitation.
